Whole30 Program - How it helped me
Whole30 is a 30 day paleo like diet. Really it's not a diet but a habits changer. It Resets your bodies hormones so you burn fat. I have lost about 30 lbs with Whole30 and feel much better.
This diet helped me reduce inflammation in my body from food allergies, outside allergies and exercise. It taught me how to eat properly to fuel your body. My biggest achievements while on this diet was not just the weight but I could think while I was dancing with Zumba, how food effects my body & mind, how my mind wasn't always right and to trust my stomach, skin cleared up, asthma improved and how incredibility happy I felt.
